Open to any students from Philadelphia, PA attending Elizabeth City State University. Essay and or video interviews will be used as a factor for awarding scholarships. Essay topic will consist of a one page size 12 Arial font. What does “Change is Going to Come” mean to you? Scholarship deadline for 2010 Awards are August 30, 2009.
